Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
During holidays, restocks, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently ship to:

  • Domestic (U.S.)

  • Caribbean Region (including Trinidad & Tobago)

  • International Destinations

We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and TTPost.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Caribbean: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.


Local Pickup (Trinidad & Tobago)

We offer free local pickup for customers in Trinidad & Tobago.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with pickup details and location.
Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of notification.


Local Delivery (Trinidad & Tobago)

We also offer local courier delivery within Trinidad for a small fee, calculated at checkout or confirmed via message after your order is placed.
Deliveries typically take 1–3 business days after processing.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package at the delivery address provided.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country’s customs office.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your checkout total.


Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Ori Soul Apothecary is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen once handed over to the shipping carrier.
If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly and email us at orisoulapothecarytt@gmail.com so we can assist where possible.


Digital & Service-Based Orders

Digital readings, consultations, and downloadable items are delivered electronically to your email once payment is confirmed.
No shipping applies to these items.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
